Please be kind when commenting, I know some of you may think bats are icky, but they are really wonderful little creatures that are very misunderstood. This little guy climbed all over me, it was the cutest thing ever {and it tickled} My friend Angie rescued him and a few others that fell out of their bat box, but this is the only one to survive. She wakes up in the night (many many times) to care for him, just as any good mother would do. He has a wonderful little habitat set up, but as I got to see when I was leaving, Petrie did not want to let go of his mama! Every time she tried to put him back in his little home, he clung to her and climbed back up her arm =) They have a very special bond.
