Terms
There is a $10 nonrefundable deposit required to hold your appointment, which will go towards your package. This deposit is due within one week of making your appointment, or I reserve the right to rebook.
IN CASE OF RAIN: There is one rain date to be held on April 16. Your appointment time remains the same. If you cannot make your rain date appointment on April 16, please feel free to send a friend in your place. If it happens to rain on the rain date: The garden portraits will be cancelled and the special will be studio only portraits. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Payment for package (minus deposit) is due on session date, no exceptions.
ONE DAY ONLY: Additional portrait sheets can be purchased at a discounted price at your Easter session. This offer expires at the end of the Easter session day.
Due to the popularity of this event and the high volume of appointments, these are quick click sessions lasting only 20 minutes for both studio and garden portraits. Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time to get registered and choose your package.
No more than 4 people per package. When making appointment, please indicate how many adults and children will be in your portraits.
These appointments will fill up quickly. To be fair on booking appointments, I will not be taking appointment calls until 03/01/11 to give everyone a chance to view this flyer.
